Welcome to Hair Journey ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Elena Loranger, a professional hair styling service providing cuts, color, and styling for clients. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (hairjourney.org), services, and any communications, including SMS/text messages sent via our registered 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone number for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging (the "SMS Program").

By accessing our site, engaging our services, or opting into our SMS Program (e.g., by providing your phone number and consenting via checkbox or keyword), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or provide your information.

1. Description of the SMS Program The SMS Program is a service for sending you helpful, automated text messages related to our hair styling services, such as:

You will receive a confirmation message, and we will not send further promotional or service-related texts (except a one-time opt-out acknowledgment). 6. Prohibited Content and Use We do not send messages related to SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco/Cannabis) or anything unlawful. You agree not to use our services for spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing.

7. Liability and Disclaimers We strive for reliable delivery but do not guarantee it—carriers or technical issues may cause delays/failures. We are not liable for any damages from message content, delivery issues, or your reliance on them. Messages may include links to our site; use at your own risk.
